Black-Stop is an emulsion, paint or coating suitable for the following applications:
Vehicle, trailer undercarriages etc. for rust prevention, double skinned wall waterproofing, rust prevention undercoat on any Ferro substrate, waterproofing coating for roofs of any material, floors-walls-roofs etc. waterproofing of tanks, dams, canals, pipes, reservoirs etc. Excellent for wood and timber preservation against moisture, insects fungus etc.
Black-stop is thinned with mineral turpentine, thus brushes equipment etc. can be washed with the same solvent.
Black-Stop comes in only one colour - black.
Black-Stop can be applied by brush, roller or spray applicators.
Surface preparation for Black-stop is the same as for most other coatings or paints, i.e. the substrate must be clean, dry and stable before applying Black-Stop.
There must be NO loose dirt, rust etc.
Coverage
4 to 5 square meters per kg. per coat. Depending on the application more than one coat may be necessary.
