This form will request an invoice to be sent to you. Please make the necessary payment after confirming the price of the products on our price list and email or fax proof  to us with this order form. Your bank may also offer notification of payment by sms or email.  Prices  on our price list exclude VAT. Add VAT to get the final price. In some instances there may be a nominal delivery charge added. This is usually for outlying areas. (Not adjacent to cities) We will  act immediately on  receiving this order form. Please note if cheque deposits are made there will be a clearing period of 7 to 10 days. Depending on the nature of the electronic or cash proof of payment we may wait for that to show on our statement.  We will invoice you instantly nonetheless as well as keep you updated about the delivery details (Waybill, courier name and contact details, despatch date and time as well as estimated day and time of delivery. We will also email and/or MMS a photo of the shipment as well as the waybill.  Deliveries take from 2 to 5 working days, depending on the distance from our factory in Pretoria.
