Con-Seal is a clear sealant for concrete surfaces such as pre-cast walls, providing purchase for regular paint over.
Con-Seal is also an excellent finishing coat for non-porous surfaces such as face bricks, also for slasto, stone etc.. for water-proofing, sealing and general cosmetics.
Con-Seal can be used very successfully on metal as a clear, glossy, rust and weather protector especially sculptures art work balustrades etc.
Con-Seal will be ideal for plastered walls, floated (steel or wood) floors, slabs, etc. which are to be painted or coated with a finishing coat.
Con-Seal can be used as a gloss finish for Floor-Masta adding extra beautifying.
Con-Seal will provide for better adhesion by these finishing coats and ensure longer life from them.
Surfaces are to be clean and dry before application by brush, roller or spray applicators.
Con-Seal is solvent based, thus equipment can be cleaned or the product thinned with Cosmo-Dec Thinners.
The substrate must be clean, dry and stable before applying Con-Seal

From 4 to 6 square meters per kg.
