This is the most underrated product on our entire list.
Samsonite has all the attributes of cementitious coatings with all their advantages but none of their disadvantages.
Samsonite gives the rustic - Africa- appearance of cementitious coatings as well as the wateproofing ability but without the anoying effervescence and the need to mix on site.
Samsonite comes pre-mixed wet in the can with much better colour consistency than cementitious coatings.
Samsonite is very cost effective as well.
Samsonite is a water based polymerized elastomeric wet coating formulated for application directly to raw cement or ash bricks and blocks without the necessity for bagging or plastering.
Samsonite is washable, uv resistant, chemical resistant and provides a good water proof finish to the above mentioned surfaces.
Samsonite can be applied by brush, roller or spray applicators and can be stored for prolonged periods.
Samsonite will be ideal for economic housing projects where finishing costs can be cut to a minimum without sacrificing quality.
Samsonite comes in a variety of colours and packaging.
Depending on the technique of the workmen Samsonite may need only one coat to finish or, at most, two coats.
