Product Information
Floor-Masta® is an exceptionally tough, waterproof coating for use on floors of all descriptions.
Our product leaves a smooth, matt, non slip, finish and is also coated over with any sealant.
Floor-Masta® will withstand the most abrasive environments without showing signs of wear for a very long time.
Apply Floor-Masta® by brush, roller as well as spray applicators.
Floor-Masta® is a washable, acid resistant, abrasion resistant as well as impact resistant coating that can handle weathering and traffic.

Surface preparation
The substrate should be as clean, dry as well as stable as possible before the application of a primer coat or Floor-Masta®.
If the substrate consists of a cement and sand topping make sure there are no loose sections that may impact the quality and strength of the finish later.
If there are any loose sections this needs to be attended to and also cannot be painted directly over.
Floor-Masta® must be used within one hour so only mix enough for small batches at a time. Be sure to mix exactly the same amounts every time.
Do not fill cracks with any bitumen products or use any bitumen products as a primer or as an undercoat for this floor coating.
Be sure to tape off the area well and properly cover anything that will not be painted for the cleanest finish.
The smoother the surface before you begin the application process, the smoother the finish will be at the end.
Mixture
Add two parts of powder to one part of liquid by volume, mix well and apply.
Coverage
Floor-Masta® will cover from about 2 to 3 square meters per kg per coat depending on the substrate.
The surface needs to be clean and dry before applying Floor-Masta®.
The dried applied Floor-Masta® mixture has few known solvents.
We recommend using Dead-End® as a primer for this product
Dead-End® provides a fantastic interface between the surface and the coating making the paint go further and the finish last longer!
Crack filling
Ignore hairline cracks where the substrate is stable. Floor-Masta® can be coated over the crack and will cover appropriately.
Where the cracks are larger, they should be opened with the corner of a chisel and then filled with a strong waterproof crack filler.
We recommend Joint-Seal® as a strong crack filler
Joint-Seal® is a strong, waterproof crack filler that can withstand high traffic volumes and also complete water submersion.
The best sealant for Floor-Masta® is Poly-Seal
Poly-Seal is a high quality, industrial grade floor sealant that is strong, waterproof and also easy to keep clean.
