PRODUCT INFORMATION
Our product leaves a smooth matte finish that is also waterproof and washable.
Floor-Masta™ can be overcoated with water based, solvent based as well as urethane sealants for a gloss finish.
You can also use Floor-Masta™ on previously painted surfaces.
It can be applied to concrete gutters, drains, gullies as well as channels.
Our product is tough, acid resistant and can withstand harsh environments without showing signs of wear for a very long time.
It is also suitable for interior and exterior use.
Our industrial grade cementitious paint for concrete floors prevents the growth of algae, moss as well as fungi on the surface.
In addition, Floor-Masta™ is UV stable, safe and non toxic.
Floor-Masta™ is very easy to apply and is also ideal for DIY application.
COLOURS
APPLICATION
Surface Preparation
The surface should be clean, dry as well as stable with no loose dirt, oils or grime.
The surface should also be as smooth as possible.
Primer
Apply 1 coat of Dead-End™ primer to create an interface between the surface and the coating that improves adhesion and also prevents rising damp.
Application
Add two parts powder to one part liquid by volume, then mix well ensuring no lumps.
Only mix enough to use within 45 minutes.
Apply by brush as well as roller.
Apply the first coat painting in one direction and then apply the second coat painting in the opposite direction.
Because Floor Masta™ is a water based cementitious coating, brushes and equipment can be washed with water after use.
Coverage
2 to 3M2 per litre depending on the surface as well as the method of application.
Final Sealant
Apply 2 coats of Poly-Seal for an extremely durable gloss finish that is vibrant and also easy to clean.

Apply Floor-Masta™ to raw concrete floors as well as stamped concrete finishes for a beautiful and extremely durable surface in offices and commercial spaces.
Screeded floors
You can also use Floor-Masta™ on screeded garage floors, workshop floors and industrial spaces for a long lasting finish that is easy to keep clean.
Exterior floors
Our product is fantastic for exterior applications such as walkways, driveways and pavements for a strong, waterproof finish that won’t fade over time.
Cementitious surfaces
Floor-Masta™ is ideal for concrete gutters and exterior cementitious surfaces such as staircases and retaining walls.
