Bin-Guard is a tough vehicle bin protector. It is an extremely long lasting coating designed to protect metal substrates in very hostile surroundings against corrosion, abrasion, scuffing as well as chipping.
Bin-Guard leaves a strong, matt, non-slip finish and also comes in various colours.
Apply our product onto previously painted surfaces for aesthetic purposes and offers the undercoat some protection.
Applied directly to the bin our product is extremely strong and applying more coats increases the strength ( min 2 coats and no more than 5 ).
It is not necessary to use an undercoat with Bin-Guard.

The substrate must be clean, dry and stable before application of Bin-Guard. Loose rust, dirt, oil, etc. must first be removed.
Application
Bin-Guard can be applied by brush as well as roller. Apply one or more coats according to the vehicles needs. Each coat should be painted in the opposite direction to the previous coat to create a knitting effect and also increase strength.
Because our product is quick drying coats can be applied within thirty minutes of each other.
Mix only enough product to do the coat you are on as the product is quick drying.
Equipment is washed with ordinary water as well as soap if required.
Coverage
2 to 4 square meters per liter.
