Surface preparation
The surface must be clean and dry before the application of Fire-Guard™ Waterproof, free from, dirt, loose or crumbling thatch as well as grime.
Application
Apply Fire-Guard™ Waterproof by brush and also spray application evenly across the surface of the thatch.
– Small to moderate leaks one coat.
– Moderate to severe leaks two coats.
Wash equipment with water and soap after application.
Coverage
2 square metres per litre on thatch exteriors.
