REFUND & RETURN POLICY
OVERVIEW
- Should you not be satisfied with the goods delivered to you, you may, within 14 days, return the goods to us at 26 Bodley road, Laezonia AH, Pretoria 0026, and request a refund or an exchange.
- Returns, exchanges and refunds are strictly limited to 14 days from date of delivery of the goods. No refund or exchange requests will be entertained after the expiry of 14 days after delivery of the goods.
- All requests for exchanges and returns must be sent to sales@cosmodec.co.za.
- All refunds and exchanges exclude delivery charges. You will be liable for costs of returning the goods to us, and for new delivery fees in the event of an exchange.
- Sample goods (100ml/250 ml), special-order colours, solvents, two pack systems, tints, additives, opened packaging and/or perishable items are exempt from the refund and return policy, and no refund and/or exchange requests will be accepted.
- All requests for refund and/or exchange must be accompanied by a valid and legible receipt/Tax Invoice.
REFUNDS
- To be eligible for a refund, your item must be returned to us at your own cost in its original packaging, in the same condition it was delivered to you, sealed, unused and not damaged.
EXCHANGES
- Only defective goods and/or goods damaged in transit to you are eligible for an exchange.
- If the goods are damaged by our courier in transit to you and need to be exchanged, you must not accept delivery of the order, so we can have it replaced at no charge to you.
- The exchanged goods will be delivered to you within a reasonable time, which will vary depending on how far your delivery address is from our office.
- If you accept delivery of the goods and later require an exchange, you should courier or deliver the goods to us at your own cost. You will be liable for further delivery costs when shipping the exchanged goods to you.
