REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
OVERVIEW
Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
All refunds exclude delivery charges and exchanges may carry new delivery fees.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Specially made colours and or orders or perishable items such as dam sealers.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
REFUNDS
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be returned to us unused, undamaged, unopened and in the same condition that you received it at your own cost. It must also be in the original packaging.
It can take up to three working days to process a refund after stock has been returned.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@cosmodec.co.za and send your item to: 26 Bodley road, Laezonia AH, Pretoria 0026.
If your order is damaged by our courier in transit to you and needs to be exchanged, you have a responsibility not to accept receipt of the order so we can have it replaced at no charge to you.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you did accept receipt of the parcel, please follow the below.
SHIPPING RETURNS
To return your product, you should courier your parcel to: 26 Bodly road, Laezonia AH, Pretoria 0026.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
