Aqua-Mite Waterproofer™ is a versatile paint that is user-friendly and also very easy to apply with various colours to choose from.
Use our product on concrete irrigation dams, drinking water reservoirs, diversion dams as well as koi ponds and canals.
Aqua-Mite Waterproofer™ can be used on metal surfaces such as gutters, water tanks, reservoirs and pipes.
In addition, Aqua-Mite Waterproofer™ is ideally suited for prolonged contact with oils.
You can also use Aqua-Mite waterproofer™ with a membrane where necessary.
COLOURS
APPLICATION
Surface Preparation
The surface must be clean, dry and also stable with no loose dirt or grime.
Primer
Apply 1 coat of Dead-End™ primer to create an interface between the surface and the coating.
Mixing Instructions
mix 1 part liquid with 2 parts powder and ensure there are no lumps.
Only mix enough to use in 30 minutes.
Apllication
Apply 2 coats by brush, roller and also stone chip gun.
Use Aqua-Mite waterproofer™ in conjunction with a membrane if necessary.
Paint brushes and equipment can be washed with water as well as soap if desired.
SUITABLE USES
Irrigation dams and drinking water reservoirs
Apply Aqua-Mite waterproofer™ to irrigation dams as well as drinking water reservoirs and rain water storage tanks where water quality is vital.
Koi ponds and fish farms
Our paint for concrete dams is safe for use on koi ponds as well as fish farms. Our product also prevents the growth of algae and moss on the surface.
Water features, fountains and previously painted surfaces
Aqua-Mite waterproofer™ is ideal for application to surfaces such as water features or fountains even if they have been previously painted. Our product also works on raw brick and plastered surfaces.
Metals
Use Aqua-Mite waterproofer™ inside metal water tanks, gutters as well as IBR roof sheets and steel for a long lasting, waterproof finish.
Other uses
You can also use Aqua-Mite waterproofer™ to waterproof wood, timber, oil holding reservoirs, asbestos and harveytile.
